Our Cuisine

At , we believe that food does not need to be a compromise.  It can be healthy, it can be sustainable, it can be seasonal and above all else, it can taste great.

Where does great food come from?  It starts with sourcing only the best products.  You simply cannot make great food without great product.  That is why we use certified natural beef from Harris Ranch, Jidori chicken and organic salmon from Scotland. All of our produce is sourced locally when available with an emphasis on organic whenever possible.  We visit the farmer’s market weekly to ensure we are getting produce that is of the highest quality and is at the height of its season.  We do all of this because we feel there is no other way it should be done.

The flavors of  are a cross section of Asia. We incorporate the flavors of India, Korea, China, Japan and Thailand into our menu.  Each of these is a rich, vibrant and unique cuisine that should be treated as such.   This is why at , we make all of our sauces, marinades and spice blends in house.  There is simply no other way to capture the authentic flavors of these cuisines.  While at  if you have any questions about our food, please feel free to ask any team member and we will be more than happy to help you.
